Understanding Your Neurodivergency
- We can offer support for adults who are diagnosed as Neurodivergent later in life as we recognise that this journey of self-discovery can bring both relief and new challenges.
- Understanding/ exploring your neurodivergence is a crucial step toward self-acceptance and empowerment.
- This support can be adapted for a child or young person.
